Hive needed one site that speaks to two audiences: students looking for a home, and investors looking at purpose-built student accommodation.

We created the Hive identity, from the house mark to a coral and sage palette, then built a bright, friendly site with clear routes for students and investors, from the Hive standard and each building to in-depth market guides.
